Hardware and software is priced at cost + margin + taxes + handling & administration:

• Cost
  You benefit from large volume prices, as I am a professional reseller, and I order your equipment at a whole-sale distributor. 
• Margin
  A minimal margin is added. You benefit from a low overhead structure with direct access to the whole-sale distributor. 
• Taxes
  The taxes on certain products are added separately. This is a legal obligation. See also: Taxes .
• Handling & administration
  A fixed price is added to cover handling and administration cost. You benefit from a personal delivery (depending on my availability, same day delivery is possible, if the item is in stock). Next business day direct shipment from the distributor to your address is available.

Price lists are available on request. I will send you the latest prices, valid until the next price change. If a price has changed on the day your order is processed, you will be informed. If the price has decreased, you receive the lower price. If the price has increased, you have the option to cancel your order.

1. Recupel Recycling contribution

In July 2001 a law was introduced in Belgium about collecting and recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The purpose of this law is that we collaborate for a better environment.

The organisation that collects and recycles the old equipment is Recupel vzw/asbl

Recupel collects and recycles in accordance with the EU Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

2. Reprobel reproduction rights remuneration

Reprobel is the Belgian reproduction rights organisation (RRO). Reprobel was formed on 27th June 1994. It is a cooperative society which represents fifteen Belgian copyright management companies for the authors (writers, playwrights, composers, journalists, photographers, illustrators, authors of scientific or educational texts) and publishers (of books, newspapers, periodicals, musical scores) concerned.

Reprobel was appointed by Royal Decree of 15th October 1997 to collect and distribute the remuneration for reprography to the entitled parties.

3. Auvibel copying for personal use remuneration

Auvibel is the copyright management organisation appointed by the King – Royal Decree of 21 January 1997 – to collect and distribute the remuneration for private copying for the benefit of authors, performing artists and producers, and the remuneration for the private reproduction of their publications, for the benefit of publishers.

The tariffs and the list of products subject to remuneration are set by the competent Minister after consulting the Consultative Commission of interested parties for private copying.

As a central link, Auvibel plays a crucial role in supporting the creative and cultural sectors in Belgium.

4. Bebat battery collection & recycling contribution

The Bebat non-profit Association (Battery Collection Fund) was set up on 21/8/1995 within the framework of the Belgian Law on “Ecotaxes”, dated 16/7/1993 and its amendment dated 7/3/1996. The Association has been in existence since 1/1/1996 with the aim of collecting all kinds of used dry batteries and accumulators for their subsequent recycling.

5. Value Added Tax (VAT)

Goods and services that are provided by an enterprise are subject to VAT.

VAT is a tax on consumption borne by the final consumer. VAT is collected in successive steps, i.e. every transaction of a production and distribution process. The normal rate is 21%.
