A site survey consists of a review of your current operating systems, infrastructure, and conventions. During the site survey, the following elements are assessed:

  • Interoperability – computers, mobile devices, applications, subscriptions, suppliers.
  • Network and application standards — current and future.
  • User types – roaming, mobile, remote, task-based, knowledge-based, and so on.

  • Security policy.

The site survey provides necessary information for the design of a new Information Technology environment.

Offer:

An offer is a document that provides you with prices for a list of services and products.

  • A project offer will give you the total price for your project, including all elements on the project plan.
  • A services offer will give you the price for a service. It can be priced per hour, per day or per service.
  • A product offer will give you the price of hardware and software items, including delivery.

You can sign the offer for agreement and use it to confirm your order.

Project management:

Project management is an important element of an information technology project. A successful project includes:

  • Definition of the project objectives, ensuring that they are consistent with the long-term goals of your organization and with the needs of your employees.
  • Creation of a project plan with the specific phases of the deployment, the scope of the project, the people or groups affected, the resources, the tasks, the cost and the time frame involved.
  • Project lifecycle management – use a project management framework
  • Project support software – use of tools such as shared folder, calendar, digital notebook, planner, project management software.
  • Performing the steps of the project plan, providing change management and ensuring project board satisfaction.

Intervention services include:

The price for intervention services is according to the use of the equipment:

  • Business use: Services will be performed at 65 Euro per hour + VAT 21%
  • Private use: Services will be performed at 45 Euro per hour + VAT 21%

Travel cost:

  • For each on-site intervention, an administration and travel cost will be charged of minimum 45 Euro + VAT 21%

Notes:

  • Only performed hours will be invoiced.
  • The indicated number of hours is an estimate.
  • If additional work is required, your agreement will be asked.

Hardware and software provisioning service helps you to make computing more like a utility, where you don’t have to worry about the quality, price and delivery details underlying the hardware and software you receive.

You can use this service to receive hardware (including supplies) and software more easily. Following your standards, I will take care of selecting the most suitable product, finding the best price and ensure delivery without requiring someone of your company to spend time and effort.

Provisioning pricing:

Hardware and software is priced at cost + margin + taxes + fee:

  • If you know exactly what you want, you will pay cost price + margin + taxes + handling fee.
  • If you require hardware and software provisioning service, you will pay cost price + taxes + fee for provisioning service.

You benefit from large volume prices, as I am a professional reseller, and I order your equipment at a whole-sale distributor. A minimal margin is added, as I have a low overhead cost structure. This represents a significant saving when compared to a typical cost + margin percentage business model with high overhead cost.

You pay the real cost and nothing more!

Installation:

Professional installation is the basis of maximum effectiveness of your equipment. Have your hardware and software installed for your environment. The manufacturer instructions often only give a standard installation procedure. Even “plug-and-play” equipment often has several settings that must be adjusted before the equipment correctly functions in your environment. You avoid losing time solving installation issues and you will get the full benefit of the equipment.

I am proud to offer you an extremely high success rate installing hardware and software. When you request my professional installation services, I guarantee that I will successfully install the hardware or software, or you do not have to pay for the service.

The cost to install hardware and software is based on an hourly rate or on a fixed fee.

Installation procedure:

  • Contact you before installation to determine actual work to be performed, and to schedule an installation date.
  • Complete a pre-installation site survey upon arrival at your office. Any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job.
  • Install hardware and software according to the manufacturer instructions.
  • Install latest service packs.
  • Test the installation.
  • Remove packaging and unused equipment from your office.
  • Provide installation report.

Training:

Modern hardware and software are more user friendly than ever. But not everyone has already acquired the computer skills that are needed to enjoy this new equipment. Even experienced computer users can find themselves in a situation where they want to use a certain function, and the function does not perform as expected. In both cases a lot of time can be lost. Computer training learns you how to use your hardware and software better. Your benefit from the training is that you work more efficiently and effectively.

Training technique:

You get the best understanding of a subject with a combination of text, graphics, voice and your own action. The courses are given using the following simple but effective technique:

  • A demonstration of a function.
  • Your hands-on execution of an exercise on the function.

This ensures that each function is understood and can be performed without help.

Training formulas:

I offer you two training formulas with excellent price/quality ratio:

  1. On-the-job training.
    This is a training intended to solve specific questions. It is intended for a user who already has experience with the software, but who has specific questions or who wants to learn how to do a specific procedure. It is also a good solution to introduce the use of new equipment or software. This formula is for one person and invoiced on a per hour basis.
  2. Half day training.
    This is a training that can be given for standard office applications. The training consists of modules of three hours that can be given in the morning, afternoon, evening, or on Saturday. This training formula can also be given to a group of people and includes a telephone help service for the subjects discussed during the course.

After-sales:

If you have a defective item, hardware or software, I can help you with the repair.

In most cases, repair procedures exist that must be followed exactly to have your item repaired quickly and efficiently. My experience will ensure that the correct repair procedure is followed and that you get the quickest and best result.

This is the procedure for the after-sales service that I offer you:

  1. Site-survey:
    In some cases, the item is not defective, but a connection is missing, a configuration is changed, or a related component is broken. In that case a site-survey will solve the problem or indicate what the necessary action is.
     
  2. Who is the manufacturer and who is the first company to contact?
    Depending on the manufacturer of the broken item, I will follow the correct procedure to have the quickest and lowest cost repair. This may consist of contacting the manufacturers helpdesk or the third-party repair service appointed by the manufacturer.
     
  3. What is the warranty status?
    Three cases exist:
    1. The item has never worked. This is called Dead on Arrival (DOA).
    2. The item may be In-warranty
    3. The item may be Out-of-warranty
       
  4. Is there an invoice and/or serial number available?
    In many cases a copy of your purchase invoice and the serial number of the item will allow to ask for repair under warranty.
     
  5. What is the correct action?
    Depending on the answers on the previous questions, the correct action will be taken to have the item repaired.

Use the after-sales service to avoid that broken items become annoying and time-consuming problems.
